This Playlist will take you through intermediate pole moves on both spinning and static poles. It's finally time to start inverting and learning how basic tricks such as climbing and holds. Make sure to watch all the foundation videos on inverting first!

Let Natasha Wang take you through the Side Lever Caught Split. You can do this intermediate move from an inversion or upright. If doing it from an inversion, make sure you have a solid outside leg hang.
Veronica Solimano teaches you this Pirouette Spin on a spinning pole. This intermediate spin can be challenging if you don't have the strength in the top arm. You should be very comfortable with spinning pole to attempt this move. You can stylize this for Lyrical and/or Exotic as well.
This Alternating Side Climb, which is a variation of an Ankle Climb is done on the spin pole. While Natasha makes this look easy, it's anything but! The strength is coming from the upper body and core not the legs so make sure you have a strong Ankle Climb before attempting this.
This is a fun twist to the Oona spin! You must feel comfortable climbing and sitting to achieve this move.
This moves requires a lot of back and shoulder strength. It is a great way to practice the Crescent before attempting it up high. Back flexibility is very helpful so make sure to really warm up before attempting this move.
Static shapes can be done on a spinning or static pole and can be styalized any way you want. These two static shapes are done from a Geenie and a Hip Hold, so you must be comfortable in both those positions before attempting these moves.
